George Gordon, working as Fatov Gorlitski, is a self-taught artist born and based in Boston. He currently prefers digital and acrylic media.

Gorlitski's work uses a colorful and cartoonish visual language to explore themes of egotism, self-destruction, and salvation. This contrast encourages viewers to consider otherwise daunting subject matter through a playful and approachable lens.

His series of trading cards further explore this concept through the production of full exhibitions of work as editioned  booster packs. By embracing the physical form of a favorite childhood collectible, these packs of cards increasingly blur the line between play and serious contemplation.
