My first exposure to art collecting was through the act of buying collectible cards as a child. Often, it wouldn't even matter if I played, or had even heard of the particular game  I was buying cards for. I was always there for the art. That experience- tearing open a booster pack, shuffling through its contents hoping for some particularly mind blowing visuals- is to this day synonymous in my mind with euphoria.

By presenting my work as trading cards,  I hope to impart that same feeling of excitement and wonder on those who hold these booster packs in their hands.
